Incomplete evacuation of stool is a condition where there is incomplete bowel movement even when tried many times. There is a passage of small hard stools while attempting to pass stools. It is a hallmark sign of constipation. Its treatment depends on the cause. It can be reduced by taking more fibers, laxatives, and over-the-counter pain medications.
