How to get rid of a fly bite?

I wanted to ask by what organism you have been bitten. Presuming the bite is likely by an insect, I suggest you take antihistamines like Cetirizine twice daily. You can take an anti-inflammatory analgesic like Ibuprofen twice daily after food. You can clean the area with warm saline water twice daily. I also suggest you apply a Hydrocortisone (steroid) cream and also can apply topical antibiotic cream like Mupirocin twice daily. If it does not subside, then consult your doctor for further examination and management.

It looks like an eczematous or allergic-type of rash. I suggest you apply Hydrocortisone (steroid) cream twice daily after cleaning the area with warm saline water. Please take antihistamines like Cetirizine twice daily. You can take an anti-inflammatory analgesic like Ibuprofen after food to reduce inflammation or pain if any.
