Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You seem to have some severe anger issues. These type of problems are due to various psychiatric issues. It can also be due to depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. We need to have a complete assessment of your symptoms, and the provoking factors. You can manage anger by following these techniques. Have control over yourself. Start to count from one to hundred when you are in anger. Try to do relaxation exercise and deep breathing exercise. You can have counseling with your psychiatrist. You may need to take medicines depending upon the severity.
