Hello doctor,
I have been suffering from gas and irritable bowel syndrome for seven years. During this time, I have gained 88.18 pounds in weight. Throughout the day, I experience discomfort, pain, and stiffness in my entire body. Despite trying various medications such as Levosulpiride, Itopiride, Rabiporazole, Omeporazole, Pantaporazole, Esomeprazole, Mebeverine, and tablet containing Clidinium, Chlordiazepoxide and Dicyclomine. I have not found relief. I also feel irritation after eating anything. My doctor mentioned that my liver is slightly shrunk and fatty, and he suggested bariatric surgery and a balloon on my food pipe. Can you help me? What can I do, and what is good for me? Kindly suggest.
