Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 29-years-old and I have an allergy on my right testicle. It is itchy and dry. Please suggest a solution for this problem.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You are suffering from lichen simplex chronicus of the scrotum. I suggest using Mometasone cream twice daily for 10 days and tablet Teczine M (Levocetirizine and Motelukast) twice daily for 10 days. Consult a specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and start taking the medicines with their consent.

I hope this helps. Kindly follow up in 10 days.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My problem came under control and that skin allergy is clearing now. There is no itching and no dryness. Thanks for the suggestion. Should I continue the medication or can I stop?

Please advice.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Reduce the dose to thrice weekly for a month. Stop taking oral medication.

I hope this helps. Kindly follow up after a month.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
