I have had pain in my knees and some noise while walking. I had taken some tablets for the same after consulting a doctor, but it was of no use. Kindly suggest some medicines.

Please provide an X-ray of both knees (anterioposterior, lateral, and patellofemoral views), so I can let you know the treatment. Anyways, I would suggest continuing the physiotherapy for both knee joints with a focus on muscle strengthening, avoiding postures that eccentrically load the knee joints, avoiding high-impact exercises, and continuing daily morning walks.
