Could the lack of beard and mustache in me be related to hypogonadism?

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 19 years old, my height is 6 feet and I weigh about 220 pounds. I do not have any facial hair like a beard or mustache and no body hair too. This is much fear as my fellow mates properly have complete beard growth. What treatment can be done to get rid of this delayed puberty? I also tested my testosterone levels, which showed 390 ng/dL. Is this a condition called hypogonadism, or should I take some necessary steps to solve it? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. The common reason is a genetic factor from your parents or grandparents. I suggest you check for thyroid. The secondary sexual character will sometimes be delayed due to hormonal imbalance or obesity. Since your weight is 220 pounds, I suggest you reduce your weight, which will increase the testosterone and give you early sexual character. For now, I suggest you use Beard oil once a day and take Tablet VB7 hair (Biotin, Vitamins, Minerals, Amino acids, and Natural extracts) once a day in the morning after food for 30 days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
