Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am suffering from lumbar spondylosis. I just want to show my report to a doctor. Please help.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I would be happy to assist you with your query.
Your X-ray suggests you have lumbar spondylosis. In other words, this means you have arthritis changes present in your lower spine. This can be managed through a number of different methods. Firstly, I would suggest seeking physiotherapy and also doing back exercises regularly to help strengthen the muscles around your back. You may find you require regular pain relief for the pain. You should start with simple pain relief such as Paracetamol and try taking that regularly if needed. Further management may require being seen by a spinal specialist.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards.
