Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I masturbated into a towel a few days ago, but a few drops of semen leaked into the bed sheet. So I used another towel to clean it by rubbing hard on that surface, but after about ten minutes, unaware of these things, my sister used that second towel to clean her private parts after using the washroom. Is there any risk of pregnancy?
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern and will surely help you.
Firstly, to get pregnant, the sperm must be released inside the vagina of the female. These sperms then need to fertilize an egg which may or may not be available depending on the ovulation pattern of the female. Further, the fertilized egg must be implanted in the female's uterus. When all this happens successfully, a female is said to have conceived.
Also, according to certain rare studies, the maximum life of sperms is five minutes. Otherwise, it is only a few seconds due to various chemical reactions, pollution, temperature, etc. In your case, as you mentioned, the use of a towel after ten minutes, so there is just no possibility of pregnancy. All other factors are also negative for you.
I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
