It is a good practice and helps to relieve stress. It also boosts mood, improves sleep, helps to prevent depression and anxiety, relaxes the mind of a person, relieves pain and muscle cramps, relieves sexual tension, improves the confidence of a person, allows one to have better sex, and helps the person understand his needs and desires. Masturbation will not harm your penis; having it two to three times a week is not an issue; more than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, sense of infertility.
