Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have an excess pre-cum problem. Whenever I am sexually aroused or thinking about sex or being with my partner, more fluid is released from my penis. I have been sexually active for the past three to four years. And as time passed, I experienced more fluid leakage from my penis than usual before the beginning of sex, during foreplay, and even when I just used to think about sex or talk about sex to my partner. It also causes lesser performance during sex.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Do not worry. I would suggest you avoid masturbation totally. Reduce the frequency of sex for a few weeks to rejuvenate your urogenital system. Avoid listening to erotica, sexual fantasy, and having sexual thoughts.

Do perineal and pelvic exercises regularly. Go for walks regularly. I would suggest you capsule Semento (Tribulus terrestris - puncture wine, Mucuna puriens - velvet beans, Anacyclus pyrethrum - Spanish chamomile, and Withania somnifera - winter cherry), two capsules twice a day. Consume Ashwagandharishta 15 mL thrice a day for about six to twelve weeks. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medicines with their consent.

Follow up after three weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
