Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I used to masturbate almost daily. But, since last week, I have given up the habit and started morning exercises. During exercise, I feel pain between the lower abdomen and penis, where we bucket, adjust, or fit our pants. Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Masturbation is a natural process. Almost every male does masturbation, and most females do too. So, there is no harm in masturbating, even daily. There is no physical weakness after masturbation; it is all psychological weakness. However, it does not cause faster aging, and these are all normal changes.

Masturbation is normal and will never affect your sexual life in the future. There is no need to take any medicine to stop this because this is not a disease. It will end after marriage when you find your partner. Even in some instances after marriage, like during the pregnancy period of the wife, immediately after childbirth, almost all husbands masturbate.

Masturbation does not make you weak, and it has no negative impact on your sexual well-being; it will not affect your physique or fitness.

It is also an illusion that semen cannot leak when urinating. What flows out are the prostate's natural secretions. So, in conclusion, masturbation and wet dreams are perfectly natural.

I hope this information will help you.

Kindly revert in case of queries.

Thank you.
