Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had a masturbation problem since the start of this year, and my legs (thighs) are becoming weak.

How can I get fat on my thighs, and how can I stop masturbation? I am addicted to masturbation.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Masturbation is normal. Ninety-five percent of male does that (out of a hundred). It is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice.

1. It helps to relieve stress.

2. Boosts mood.

3. Improves sleep.

4. Helps to prevent depression and anxiety.

5. Relaxes the mind of a person.

6. Relieves pain and muscle cramps.

7. Relieves the sexual tension.

8. Improves the confidence of a person.

9. Allows one to have better sex.

10. Helps the person understand his needs and desires.

11. In females, Masturbation increases vaginal blood flow.

Masturbation would not harm your penis. Having it two to three times a week is not an issue. More than that, it can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, and a sense of infertility.

Ways to reduce masturbation -

  1. Sex education.
  2. Physical exercises.
  3. Sleep adjustment.
  4. Quality of sleep.
  5. A healthy and balanced diet.
  6. Programming for leisure time.
  7. Development of spirituality.
  8. Cold bath.
  9. For tiredness or decreased strength, you can use a capsule of Astymin forte (Ascorbic Acid), once a morning and a tablet of Shelcal (Vitamine D) once a night after food for thirty days.
  10. Thank you.
