Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Her weight is 48 kg and height is 5'2".

Her water intake is less than normal.

Also she has the problem of irregular defecation (once in one or two days).

She does not feel any pain but she has sour belch several times.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Well, this is all due to her constipation issue. We should take care of it, and that will solve all other issues.

Advice:

  • Give Isabgol husk 3 spoons twice daily, in 200 ml water or milk.
  • She should drink a minimum of 5 litres of water per day.
  • She should take high fibre diet.
  • She should take plenty of salads and fruits and less intake of packed food.
  • She has to do regular exercise.
