Patient's Query

Hello,

I have recovered from jaundice just a week ago and all my reports are normal. I had hepatitis B. Can I start working out at the gym?

Answered by Dr. Saumya Mittal

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • For people who have recovered from jaundice, usually we suggest at least 1-2 months of rest before attempting any heavy work.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
