Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. Considering the chemical substance you ingested, it is natural to expect some complications. The mucosa of the upper gastrointestinal and respiratory tract is more sensitive to chemical reactions than the stomach, but you have taken measures to protect your stomach by using Allegra (Fexofenadine), Pantos (Pantoprazole), and Sucralfate. However, I would strongly advise consulting an ENT specialist to examine your throat and ear tubes thoroughly. To address the potential issues, I recommend taking Allegra, Dexamethasone 4 mg twice daily, and using Xylometazoline nasal drops if you experience any blockage in your ears or nose. Before starting any medication, please consult your doctor, discuss the options with them, and take the prescribed medicine with their consent. It is crucial to seek advice from both an ENT doctor and a gastroenterologist as soon as possible to ensure proper evaluation and management of your condition.

Patient's Query
