I am suffering from severe allergy. I tried different medicines for this, but everything was useless. Please help.

Depending on the severity and type of allergic reaction, the treatment is given.
- For mild allergic inflammation with high AEC (absolute eosinophil count), Fexofenadine and Montelukast combination drug is given. And if the allergic inflammation is very severe, then short-term steroid course can be given.
- But the management depends on symptoms and type of allergy. If it is an asthmatic attack, then bronchodilator nebulization also might be needed.
