My mother has been suffering with motions and vomitings for a week. She also complained of severe stomach cramp every 15 to 20 minutes. Sudden sweating and nausea whenever she eats or drinks anything. She is getting tired even if she sits for an hour. What could be the possible reasons and how to diagnose? Her current medication includes Norflox and Zolerab.

She took the above tablets after diarrhea. There is no fever, but sudden sweating and then urgent motion. There is a change in urine color, but she says that it is there since she started taking the medicine. She is not vomiting blood and there is no rash. We have not got any test till now. Please suggest if something specific needs to be done. She often suffers with gastric trouble, but no endoscopy was done. This is the second time in the last 50 to 60 days. Last time, the same tablets solved her problem. She is not taking any other regular medication. She got her last period about a year ago. Sometime, she says that she has pain is in her lower abdomen. But, I am not sure if this is relevant.
