Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I got some itchy white patch with rashes. It is neither increasing nor decreasing in size. I have applied face cream and cow ghee. I have attached the photos for your reference.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the photograph (attachment removed to protect patient's identity).

It seems you may have sunburn. I recommend applying DesOwen (Desonide) mild steroid cream twice a day for five days. Additionally, use SPF 50 sunscreen regularly. This treatment should yield results. If the condition persists, a stronger cream may be necessary, or further evaluation for differential diagnosis may be required.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
