Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I met my girlfriend last year in December. We did not have intercourse but moved intimately and had a foreplay activity. She continuously had regular periods for three months, but for the past two months, she had missing periods. Can you please suggest the reason behind it?

Thank you, doctor.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your case and I understand your concern.

As there was no intercourse, chances of getting pregnant are nil. Regular menstrual cycles for three months indicate no chance of pregnancy.

I advise you to get the following tests done to rule out any pathology:

  1. Ultrasound pelvis.

  2. Thyroid profile.

  3. Complete blood profile.

Treatment can be started accordingly based on the results of the tests.

    Hope this information helps you.

Feel free to ask further queries.

    Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
