I am 65 years old and I am having a dry nose and repeated nose bleeding, once in 10 days. Currently, I am on tablet Etamsylate. What is the remedy? Thank you.

You must keep the nasal mucosa moist and hydrated. For that purpose, you may use either 0.5 % menthol paraffin nose drops or plain saline nasal spray like Solspre. Use these as many times as required and keep the mucosa lubricated. Meanwhile, check if you suffer from blood pressure or diabetes. Additionally, avoid dust smoke and pollutants. Wear a mask when you go outside. Thank you.
