Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My husband has been suffering from mild gastric upset since today morning. He started feeling body ache, tiredness, nausea, and giddiness by afternoon. By evening the pain severity is increasing. He had two tablet Paracetamol 500 mg morning and evening. Had enterogemina in the morning. He is feeling nausea now. Kindly suggest measures and medicine to manage this. Also, he had food from outside yesterday for dinner. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

It looks like Indigestion primarily due to outside foods. so I suggest you take the following tablets for five days:

1. Capsule Sompraz D 40 (Domperidone 30 mg and Esomeprazole 40 mg) once daily before breakfast.

2. Tablet Norflox 400 (Norfloxacin 400 mg and Lactobacillus 120 Million spores) twice daily after meals.

3. Capsule Econorm 250 mg (Saccharomyces boulardii 250 mg) twice daily after meals.

4. Tablet Drotin DS (Drotaverine 80 mg) twice daily before meals.

Avoid juice and milk. Avoid oily and spices foods. Instead, use dalia, khichdi, and curd rice.

I hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
