I have noticed the development of two lumps under the skin on my chin. Although they have appeared before and resolved on their own, they have returned and are firm and sore when squeezed. I attempted to treat one like a regular spot, and some oily substance came out. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker with no experiences of sickness, night sweats, or unintentional weight loss. There's no heat, itchiness, or significant swelling, but one lump is larger than the other. Could these be cysts, and is it possible to have multiple cysts simultaneously? It is worth noting that I struggle with depression, impacting my personal hygiene practices, including infrequent beard washing. Kindly help.
