How to relieve pinched nerve in the neck causing neck pain?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a pinched nerve in the neck. The neck spasm and pain. I have two sides of cervical ribs taking ultrasound therapy and IFT for neck and cervical ribs but not of much help. Tell the best drugs to release a pinched nerve in the neck.

A salon worker twisted my neck in childhood, and later on a bus, the back of a chair hit my neck. Ever since, I have had neck spasms. Please suggest the best medications for this. I am 43 years old and have blood pressure and diabetes, but both are under control. Also, recommend the best medications to increase penis size and improve nerve health. Additionally, suggest the best anti-aging medications.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You seem to be having an acute muscular spasm. So to reduce pain and inflammation, I would recommend the tablet containing Diclofenac and Metaxalone twice daily for five days.

Another drug that helps a lot in cases of pinched nerves is a combination of Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine. This tablet is to be taken at night. Physiotherapy is the ultimate solution. Please share my opinion with your doctor.

I hope your query got resolved. For further queries, you can consult me at icliniq.

Thank you.
