Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been feeling unwell for the last few months. I had protected sex and also did the testing after one month, and all came normal. After that, I had symptoms like mild fever, sore throat, cough, and fatigue. After the endoscopy, the doctor told me it was dyspepsia, and I took antibiotics for four weeks. Now I am getting ulcers every month and fatigue, and dizziness. When I did a full blood count test, it was days of neutropenia, and neutrophils were low. So I would like to know if it is a human immune deficiency virus (HIV) related to cancer. I had done human immune deficiency virus (HIV) care tests last month and other blood tests for sexually transmitted disease (STD), and all came as normal. Please advise.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It is not a human immune deficiency virus (HIV), no cancer, as all tests were negative (attachments removed to protect th patient's identity). So hospitalization is best under a general physician in a government hospital. All the tests, X-rays, and scans can be done under one roof. If you need any, advise they will call a doctor to you check with them and give suggestions. I think it is a long time.

Kindly follow up for further assistance.

Thank you.
