Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had a problem with nightfall for the past few years. The semen discharged is not whitish, but only transparent and sticky. It comes out twice a week only. Why so?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Masturbation or nightfall is totally normal response to sex videos or even without sex videos. Almost every male masturbates and most females too. So there is no harm in masturbating. There is no physical weakness after masturbation. It is all psychological weakness. It does not cause aging faster. Masturbation is totally normal and will never affect your sexual life in the future. There is no need to take any medicine to stop this because this is not a disease. It will end after marriage when you find your partner. Even in some instances after marriage like during the pregnancy period of the wife, immediately after childbirth, almost all husbands masturbate. Masturbation has no negative impact on your sexual well-being. It will not affect your fitness. There is no relation between semen and blood. As time passes, the semen becomes sticky and loses its normal color. So, masturbation and nightfalls are normal phenomena. I suggest you eat healthily and stay healthy.

I hope this has helped you.

Thanks and regards.
