Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 27-year-old male weighing 90 kgs. My height is 1.72 meters, and I have 20 to 25 % body fat. My concern is that I have severe problems during sexual intercourse, and I feel my penis becomes nonfunctional. So, I started and had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, which I thought was fine. But, now I have a very less appetite and lack adequate sleep. Due to lack of sleep, my sexual desires have lowered, and I do not seem to get one. I feel better if I masturbate. But, sometimes, I can only kiss and hug my girlfriend but am not able to do anything further. I am worried, can you please help me?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. Frequent masturbation and porn watching do cause psychological problems. However, loss of appetite is not related to masturbation. I request you to follow the instructions mentioned below:

1) Add more boiled vegetables and fruits to your diet.

2) Increase physical activity.

3) Drink adequate water, at least two liters a day.

4) Please stop smoking and drinking alcohol.

5) Please stop masturbating and porn watching.

I hope this helps.

Please revert after two weeks.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
