Hi doctor,

I am 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 143.3 pounds. I have excessive wet dreams every day due to over masturbation leading to extreme dizziness and all the side effects of over masturbation for seven to eight years. I am currently on Serlift 25 mg, Tazzle, Neurokind, V-Total, Vitamin-D, Alfoo, Sildoo 8 mg, Paroxetine, Dapoxetine, Fluoxetine, Clonil, Paxidep CR, Delay capsule, Ashwamed, Tryptomer, and Dutasteride.

I understand your concern. Wet dreams or nightfall, called as nocturnal emission, is normal. It can be due to increased erotic stimulus mentally or physically, or visually without sexual intercourse or masturbation. At this age, you will have good testosterone production, there will be 20000 sperms produced every minute, and that is a lot of semen production; you need to let it out by masturbation or sexual intercourse. If not, it will come out on its own when you are very relaxed (sleep). As you are aware of the cause, the treatment is easy. Reduce the frequent erotic stimulus or masturbate or have sexual intercourse. Ways to reduce the frequent erotic stimulus are limit the intake of caffeinated beverages and food after late afternoon. Consuming caffeine before bedtime can stimulate the brain and cause erotic dreams. Take a cold shower before bedtime. This decreases the excessive sensitivity in the genital region. Limit and control your stress levels. Stress can be a triggering factor to anything and everything. Hence, checking your stress levels is necessary for a peaceful night’s sleep. Avoid sleeping on your back or stomach. These positions are known to cause sleep orgasms. Better sleep on your side. Exercise regularly and keep your body and mind relaxed. Excessive tension or anxiety and body tiredness elevate your chances of sleep orgasms. Avoid watching and reading erotic content at night. These stimulate your body and mind and result in wet dreams while asleep. For dizziness, you can use the tablet Meganuron OD (Methylcobalamine, Pyridoxine, Benfotiamine, Alpha lipoic acid, Folic acid, and Biotin) once a day after food for 30 days.
