Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am a 53-year-old male. I lately feel quite burnt out in life. I work as an accountant, and I am paid well. But the work stress is baffling, and I feel stressed out ever since I got promoted. I have been diabetic for the past nine years, and the values are fairly under control. The main issue is with sleep. I try to go to sleep at a decent time, but I stay awake till 3 in the morning on most days. It is like my mind keeps running these awful scenarios of everything going wrong with life and I lose my peace. I feel anxious over even the silliest of things these days and I feel hard to cope.
Please help.
