Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have oily skin because of that I started using a gel moisturizer but it does not work on my skin. My skin looks very sticky and I really have a lot of whiteheads and blackheads on my nose and near my chin area. I also have uneven skin tone and I also have sunburn marks on my head and my arms too. I also have chapped lips. What to do?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understood your concern.

It seems to be due to a deficiency of vitamins and minerals, a lack of exercise, and a lack of proper sleep. Do not depend on medication only. I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Wake up early and go for a morning walk regularly till good sweat.

2. Take more salads and fruits.

3. Take a capsule of Glutathione (antioxidant) once daily and a multivitamin tablet for 12 weeks.

4. Use a good herbal face wash regularly.

5. Apply aloe vera fresh pulp for a few minutes twice a week.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take medicines with their consent.

Thanks and regards.
