Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am facing an issue for a month where I am unable to reach orgasm in masturbation. However, before I used to masturbate frequently and have a nice orgasm and pleasure feeling. However, now I just ejaculate semen but no pleasure feels. I am very stressed about why it happened suddenly. With this, I have also lost interest in things that I previously enjoyed.

Please suggest something from which I can regain my pleasure feeling.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Thank you for taking help from a psychiatrist. I can understand your situation. You are doing over-masturbation. Even if it is pornography or erotic material which makes your threshold for pleasure high, you do not get an orgasm because you need high or some specific type of pornography like BDSM (bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism, and masochism). So you must stop watching pornography or erotic material as early as you can.

  1. Do not masturbate for four to six weeks.
  2. If you are going to do masturbation then do it without watching erotic material.
  3. Do exercise daily like go for walk.
  4. Do meditation daily.

I hope that you get your answer.

Please let me know if you want some help.

Thank you.
