Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My penis is becoming crooked, and when I masturbate but do not ejaculate, then after that, when I go to urinate, there is a burning sensation in my penis.
I apply aloe vera gel inside the foreskin of the penis because my foreskin is very dry. I clean my penis every day and maintain hygiene, but I still feel a burning sensation.
Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
The burning sensation after masturbation without ejaculation is often due to temporary urethral irritation or congestion, especially if there is dryness or excessive friction. The dryness of the foreskin and frequent cleaning can sometimes irritate the sensitive skin barrier further, and aloe vera gel applied inside the foreskin may also cause irritation in some people.
Try to avoid harsh soaps, excessive washing, or applying multiple products inside the foreskin. Use only plain water for cleaning and keep the area gently dry.
Regarding the penis becoming crooked, a mild curvature can be normal, but if the bending is increasing, associated with pain, or affecting erection or intercourse, conditions such as Peyronie's disease (a condition in which fibrous scar tissue is present under the skin of the penis) may need to be considered.
For now,
Reduce friction during masturbation.
Stay well hydrated by drinking around two to three liters of water daily.
Allow the skin to recover.
If the burning sensation continues, discharge appears, or the curvature worsens, further evaluation may be needed. You can share more details about the degree of curvature or any associated symptoms so that I can guide you further in the best possible way.
I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you.
