Hello doctor,
Four months back, I suddenly had heart palpitations. I did an X-ray, ultrasound, and Holter monitor for my heart. The results of all these tests were normal. Now, every day when I wake up I have heart palpitation. My face and neck skin becomes too hot. My blood pressure is normal but my heart rate goes above 100 bpm and one time even reached 144 bpm. But every morning when I wake up my heart rate ranges from 100 to 120 beats per minute. My lower jaw shivers and I have a headache. The back of my head and the temple hurts and I feel like a vessel in my head is about to explode. My blood tests show I have sub hypothyroid, high cholesterol, and vitamin D deficiency. I also have severe hair fall. I am taking Propranolol 100 mg. I want to know what is wrong with me. I do not believe that this is due to stress or anxiety. Please help.

By your history and description, the possibility of anxiety-related symptoms is more likely. I would suggest you take Propranolol and Flunarizine combination once a day at night before going to sleep.
Consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medications.
I would also suggest you avoid stress and tension. Try to be relaxed and calm. Do not think too much about this and try to divert your mind. Do not pay much attention to these symptoms.
