Hi doctor,

I have symptoms of heart attack, shortness of breath, chest pain, lightheadedness, numbness, and tingling. I am told that it may be a panic attack and panic attacks have fearful feelings and dread. It occurs to me any time whether, I am happy, sad, or angry it does not matter. I have not socialized in the last 20 years due to this problem.

You may have an anxiety disorder. You should follow the below lifestyle and do the following blood reports. It will help you.

You should do exercises daily for 30 to 45 minutes like at least going for a walk. It will uplift your mood.

  1. You should do meditation for 20 minutes daily, just sit in one place in a comfortable position and try to concentrate on your normal breathing, do not stop or force yourself to stop your thoughts, just let it be. It will relax and reduces anxiety attack.
  2. You should eat healthy home-cooked food and avoid junk food.
  3. You must drink enough water.
  4. You should spend quality time with friends and family daily or do video calls if you are living away from your family.
  5. You should spend time on creative hobbies like reading good books, writing journals, painting, drawing, and learning new skills or language or musical instruments.
  6. You should take enough seven to eight hours of sleep daily.
  7. You must avoid tobacco or alcohol or any substance abuse.
  8. Live your life, do not just spend it.
  9. Be bold and confident.
  10. You should start tablet Escitalopram 1 milligram daily in the morning after breakfast with your above medication after consulting your doctor..
  11. Investigations to be done is

    1. Complete blood count (CBC).
    2. Electrocardiography (ECG).
    3. Random blood sugar (RBS).
    4. Thyroid profile.
    5. Vitamin B12.
    6. Vitamin D3.
