This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a mother of a teenager and did not get restful sleep. So I am very anxious about it. What can I do to overcome anxiety about my child and get restful sleep? So what healthy, useful things can I do to get better rest? Please help.

Hello

Welcome to the Icliniq. com.

Anxiety is very common nowadays. Yoga and stress management are both good for reducing anxiety. Daily moderate exercises are also beneficial. Exercise release endorphin and serotonin from the brain and will help with anxiety and depression-like condition. There are medications similar to Fluoxetine that can be used if anxiety is more severe than the benefits of behavioral counseling. In addition, eight hours of daily sleep will be beneficial to stay healthy.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
