Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have major pelvic pain, abdominal pain, prolonged and massive bleeding, way too frequent urination, high red blood cell and white blood cell count, high potassium, mood swings, and depression. I can not sleep and feel tired all the time. I also have fatigue, bad cramping, cold feet, and a lack of appetite. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Many points are missing in your history.

According to your query, you have long heavy periods with weight gain, pelvic and abdominal pain, increased urination, depression, mood swings, fatigue, and lack of appetite with a previous c-section and one fallopian tube removal. Currently, you are on an antidepressant.

My advice

  1. Take a healthy homemade diet with less salt, sugar, oil, and spice.
  2. Do a daily walk, exercise, and yoga to have a balanced weight and BMI (basal metabolic index). You can have the help of a dietician and an instructor for exercise.
  3. Start doing a nice recreational activity to have emotional well-being.
  4. You can have outings, music, gardening, swimming, and painting.
  5. Have a consultation with one general physician for general symptoms.
  6. Take one transvaginal scan and blood tests on the second day of menstruation (serum testosterone, serum progesterone, serum prolactin, serum insulin, serum FSH (follicular stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone), thyroid function test, and complete blood count).
  7. For frequent urination, have a proper record of intake and outcome or urinary dairy. Try to avoid caffeine and tea during working hours. You can have pelvic floor exercises as well.
  8. Discuss laboratory results here or local gynecologist along with one physician consultation.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
