I have white color bumps on penis without itch or pain. Can this be due to STD?

Hi doctor,

I am 30 years old. I have noticed a white color pimples/bumps on my penis shaft this morning. It is not itchy and no pain. I did masturbation yesterday morning. I googled after seeing this and it is mentioned it might be due to STD. I am too much worried and stressed now. I did not have any sexual activity for eight months. 10 days before I did complete blood test. I have attached my bump and test report for your reference. Can you please review and advise what to do further?

It appears to be molluscum contagiosum. It is a viral disease not serious and usually does not require treatment, it may be sexually transmitted but can occur without sex also if any infected object is touched. Your reports are negative. And you had no sex for the last eight months, so you have got it from some other source. If it troubles you and does not go away then you can go for cryo or laser surgery from a skin specialist.

It can persist for days to months. It appears to be a viral infection so can spread by touch to other parts and to other people too. As I said it is usually not serious but is infectious. You can take normal bath. I would suggest you see a skin specialist, who will examine it closely and if needed you can apply some medicine or laser or cryosurgery to remove it.
