Thanks for sharing the picture (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). It seems that you have candidal balanoposthitis which is a type of fungal infection. I suggest you take following medications:

1. Take the tablet Fluconazole (AF-150) once a week for two weeks.
2. Apply the cream Clotrimazole (Candid) twice daily.
3. Take the tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg once at bedtime.

Do it for two weeks and also get your blood sugar test done.
