Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a tight foreskin issue. Somehow with the help of lubricants like coconut oil, I am able to have intercourse. However, my penis is very sensitive. Is there any way to handle it?

Kindly advise.

Answered by Dr. Raveendran S R

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You have phimosis. I suggest the below treatment plan:

  • Ointment Lobate GM (Clobetasol, Neomycin, and Miconazole) for local application.
  • Tablet Zerodol P (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) for pain.

Consult a specialist doctor, talk to him or her, and start the medicines with their consent. Kindly share a picture of an erect penis. Also, check your blood sugar levels. If phimosis is confirmed, you will need circumcision for a complete cure.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert in case of further questions.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the response.

I do not feel pain during intercourse. However, there is slight itching. My only concern is the sensitivity that is leading to premature ejaculation. Also, I have partial phimosis with 30 to 40% of the penis mouth open. So reducing sensitivity to a certain extent is my only need. Kindly let me know about any non-surgical methods or practices to pull back my foreskin.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

The non-surgical method of treatment uses steroids and the pullback method. However, the success rate is very less. Surgery is an immediate cure. Regarding early ejaculation, I suggest you use tablet Duralast 30 (Dapoxetine) one hour before sex. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to him or her, and start the medicine with their consent.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
