Which anti-aging skin care product is safe during breastfeeding?

Hi doctor,

I am a 30-year-old lactating mother. Recently I got fine lines and wrinkles on my face. I also developed pigmentation around the mouth and nose, and itching is also present sometimes. I have been facing skin problems for the past eight months during my pregnancy. I have combination skin. Previously, I was using Clear Care gel, Cetaphil face wash, and Keto ointment. Currently, I am taking Ferro Calcium syrup and Elmacal Forte tablets.

Please suggest an anti-aging skincare product that is safe during breastfeeding.

I understand your concern. I would like you to attach a clinical picture of skin problems to assess and guide you accordingly. I suggest you do the following. Avoid direct sunlight. Use Photostable sunscreen (Bemotrizinol, Bisoctrizole, Uvinul) daily from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 12 AM to 3 PM.

I understand your concern. I suggest you do the following. Wash face twice a day with Ahaglow face wash (glycolic acid, vitamin E, and aloe vera) for 15 days. After 15 days, use a Cetaphil cleanser to wash your face daily. Use mild soap or Cetaphil soap for baths. Moisturize skin daily. Apply Cetaphil cream immediately after a bath and 30 minutes before sunscreen application. Take Tablet Limcee (Ascorbic acid) 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 30 days.

Take Capsule Antoxid HC (antioxidant) once daily after dinner for 30 days. Apply Kojic cream at night on dark patches, spots, and dark circles for 20 days. Use Photostable sunscreen daily from 9 AM to 12 PM to 3 PM for two months. Avoid direct sunlight. Eat healthy foods and green vegetables. Eat berries, papaya, oranges, kiwi, avocado, carrots, etc. Drink seven to eight glasses of water daily and stay hydrated.

I understand your concern. I suggest you with the following. Apply Cetaphil cream in the morning 30 minutes before sunscreen application. Use sunscreen over Cetaphil cream. Moisturize immediately after a bath. Keep your skin moisturized and hydrated to prevent aging. Also, avoid direct sun.
