Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have too much of tiny pimples on my whole face. Some scars and my acne is continuously coming on my face. I just want to know what is the cause behind all this.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  1. I have seen your query and concern.
  2. With your descriptions, it seems you have acne vulgaris.
  3. Acne vulgaris is a common skin problem in adolescents and in adulthood. It involves pilosebaceous follicles or oil glands and therefore is seen to involve areas where oil glands are dense like the face, chest, back, and upper arms are common sites of involvement.
  4. In your case looks like grade 1 to grade 2 acne.
  5. You can start using Faceclin gel (Clindamycin Topical 1% w/w, Nicotinamide 4% w/w) during the time over pimples and Microbenz 3.5% gel at night hour over the whole face for around two to three months.
  6. For cleaning face you can use facecare face wash twice daily.
  7. You have to do certain dietary restrictions like not eating oily spicy food, junk food, milk products and non-vegetarian food use lots of water which hydrates your skin.

Please review with picture. For better evaluation and the best possible treatment of your concern

Thank you.
