Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 27 years old. My height is 5.7 feet, and my weight is 163 lbs. I work at a call center, and my shift timings are from 8 PM to 5 AM. I feel dizziness, and pain in the neck region, below my head. Also, I feel exhausted.

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern and would be happy to help you. Unfortunately, you have the above symptoms due to your continuous straight posture.

I suggest you follow the below steps:

  • Flex and extend your head while working.
  • Take breaks in between work.
  • Take adequate rest at home after work.
  • Practice regular exercise to maintain fitness.
  • Keep yourself well hydrated.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
