Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My brother, who is 25, is suffering from pre-ejaculate leakage while urinating. He used to masturbate quite a lot. He said when he stopped it for some time, the problem faded. Also, will he get any disease from his precum in his underwear?

Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

What you feel is called precum, pre-ejaculatory fluid (PED). It is a normal secretion that comes before you ejaculate so sperm can travel smoothly and get out of the penis. There are fewer chances of pregnancy if there is no or reduced PED. You can control the episodes of PED by controlling your erotic feelings.

Methods to control erotic feelings are:

  1. Sex education.
  2. Physical exercises.
  3. Sleep adjustment.
  4. Quality of sleep.
  5. A healthy and balanced diet.
  6. Programming for leisure time.
  7. Development of spirituality.
  8. Taking a cold bath.

I hope this information will help you. Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.

Thanks.
