Hello doctor,
My husband has ejaculated on my ass. Although we are not having sex, he ejaculated on my ass, then he cleaned it with a cloth, but I felt that my vagina was wet then he cleaned my vagina with the same cloth (doubt that semen has flown to my vagina as I felt it was wet, but he told that he had cleaned semen with the cloth). So is it possible to get pregnant in this scenario? Although I have recently completed my periods (like 2 to 3 days before). If possible, please tell me the exact procedure to skip this because I am not ready for any pregnancy. Please doctor reply as soon as possible because I am completely stressed and do not want to get pregnant.

For getting pregnant the sperms have to be ejaculated inside the vagina of the female. These sperms then need to fertilize an egg which may or may not be available depending on the ovulation pattern of the female. The fertilized egg is then required to be implanted in the uterus of the female. When all this happens successfully, then a female is said to have conceived. In your case, since your period was just completed 2 to 3 days back, so there is rare or no possibility of an egg being available. Then the sperms were not ejaculated inside the vagina, so again no possibility. Sperms survive in the open for few seconds only or max a few minutes as the condition outside the vagina are not suitable for them to survive. So even if your husband used the same cloth, then also a possibility is almost nil. So do not worry. But if there have been any other kind of sexual activity, then you may consider taking an emergency contraceptive pill just to be sure. Do not worry, with a period just three days back, no direct ejaculation, semen flow, or use of the same cloth for a wipe. You will not get pregnant.
