Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 31-year-old male, got married 13 years back, and have a kid of five years. For the past six years, my sexual life has been going fine. However, I have been losing my sexual interest recently for a few days due to workload and pressure. During intercourse, I tend to ejaculate soon (premature ejaculation). I request you to please help me with this, and suggest some good medicine for the same. Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have premature ejaculation, desire disorder, and may have low libido. As you said, the cause could be depression. Poor sleep, strain, stress, and an unhealthy diet can cause it. First, you have to change your lifestyle. I suggest the following. Take healthy food at the right time, like more vegetables, fruits, sprouts, etc. Sleep at the right time. Go for a walk every day. Do breathing exercises along with meditations to gain confidence. All these can help to keep you and your mind healthy. You should know that it is not a disease. Before having sex, you should not confuse yourself, but try to be romantic. Hope this helps. You can follow up with me in case of further doubts. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks a lot for your response.

Stress, not having food at the proper time, etc., are common in our field. I tried my best to avoid this, but it was impossible. Is there any medicine that you can suggest to me? Then, please help me with the same. Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can try medicines first; if it does not work, we must go to the next step. I can suggest some drugs, consult your specialist doctor, talk with them, and take the medications with their consent. Take Tablet COQ 300 (Coenzyme Q10), once daily at night after dinner, Tablet Dapoxetine (Dapoxetine Hydrochloride) 30 mg, one tablet two hours before sex, and Argigold Sachet (Zinc, Folic acid, and L-Arginine), to be taken in the morning after food with plain water. The recovery might take around four months and kindly be patient. I hope this helps. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am fine with the medicines that you prescribed if they give me a better result. I have a few queries regarding the medication doses. Tablet COQ 300, should I take it daily, and for how many days? Tablet Long Drive 30, should this tablet be taken only before sex or daily? Argihold sachet, should I take it daily? Kindly help. Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Tablet COQ 300 and Argigold sachet must be taken daily for 45 days. Tablet Long Drive should be taken two hours before sex. After 45 days, we can decide whether to continue with the same or switch over to other medications. The duration of treatment would be around three to six months, depending upon the effect of the medicines. I hope this helps. Thank you.
