Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My penis is too sensitive. When I am going to do masturbation or sex, I am unable to control my ejaculation for more than two minutes. What can I do to solve the problem?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The problem, you are facing now, is called as premature ejaculation. Try to indulge more in foreplay with your partner rather than moving quickly towards the act. Please say whether you have erectile dysfunction along with this problem. Masters and Johnson start and stop technique can help you.

You have to let your partner stimulate you and the minute when you feel you are going to ejaculate, ask her to put her hand over your penis and stop the ejaculation. Keep doing this every day, and gradually, you will notice an increase in ejaculation time. If these techniques do not help you, you can consider taking tablet Dapoxetine.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
