Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a problem of premature ejaculation. I have been masturbating since I was 14. Now, when I masturbate, I am not able to last for more than 30 seconds. I was never able to last more than a minute till now and it has now reduced further. Kindly tell me the cure and immediate steps I can take for correcting this problem. I last for this much time only even if I am not turned on by porn or other stuff before masturbation.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand that it is probably due to anxiety and psychological reasons you are having this problem. It is normal during masturbation to see early ejaculation, but the time will automatically increase during sex. No need to worry about that. Time during masturbation has no importance. I hope you are understanding what I mean to say.

If still you want to increase the time then you can try some herbal drugs like Confido. It is a herbal preparation and has no side effects and can be used safely. You can start taking one tablet twice a day and take the tablets for at least 2 to 3 months and you will see improvement in time. Try to remain relaxed during masturbation or sex, avoid thinking about premature ejaculation at that time and you will see improvement.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I do understand but there is no improvement in time during sex. But, I do understand that I need to stay relaxed and not think about premature ejaculation. Kindly suggest me some way for practising this thing and any strong medicine if safe to be taken.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

With time and practice, your time will improve definitely. Most of the individuals suffer such issues during first few times of sex. Try to remain relaxed during sex. During intercourse distract yourself which will increase the time. If that does not improve then you can take Dapoxetine tablet. Take the tablet about one hour before sex and this will increase the time. With time, you will develop confidence and the problem will be solved.
