Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

There are several reasons for premature ejaculation:

  1. Stressful work, including night duties and twenty-four-hour jobs.

  2. Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues affect premature ejaculation. Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones under control will help.

  3. Long-term medication related to hypertension and anti-psychiatric medications.

  4. Frequent masturbation or prone masturbation.

  5. Excessive pornography consumption.

  6. Insufficient foreplay from a partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation.

  7. Having an affair can lead to feelings of guilt.

  8. Lack of exercise and obesity.

I suggest checking FBS and PPBS (fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar) to rule out diabetes (increased sugar in the blood), checking your blood pressure and free T3 (Triiodothyronine), T4 (Thyroxine), TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) to rule out thyroid issues. I suggest taking the tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg as a temporary solution. Consult your doctor and take the medicine accordingly.

I suggest the following natural methods to address premature ejaculation:

  1. To increase the duration of foreplay during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes for a good blood supply to the penis, promoting a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be in a relaxed manner. Your partner should learn to provide foreplay in a way that prevents premature ejaculation, enhancing enjoyment.

  2. Trying relaxing music during intimate moments.

  3. Utilizing delay condoms for assistance.

  4. Emphasizing that sex is not a race and duration does not necessarily indicate your partner's happiness. Focus on loving your partner, learning about female masturbation, and providing orgasms and climaxes to your partner.

I hope this helps.

Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.
