Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I can understand your concern. There are different reasons for premature ejaculation. The factors include stress, medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, long-term medications, frequent masturbation, lack of exercise, etc. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Check FBS (fasting blood sugar) to rule out diabetes.
  2. Check your BP (blood pressure) and free T3 (triiodothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone).
  3. Take tablet Duralast (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) 30 mg for the time being.
  4. Increase the foreplay duration during sex. For example, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive 10 to 15 minutes of foreplay for good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection.
  5. Try listening to relaxing music.
  6. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
