Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My query is about premature ejaculation which is not letting me last longer and just wanted to know what could be done.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It usually occurs in the early days of becoming sexually active. Gradually the staying time gets better. Try diverting your attention during sex. More frequent sex or masturbation in between also helps. You can also try stop-and-squeeze technique just before ejaculation. Using a condom or applying anesthetic cream (small amount) to head of the penis just before intercourse may help. Finally, you can take medication for some time if all the above do not help (tablet Duralast 30 mg one hour prior to intercourse).

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I have tried Duralast 30 mg and it did not help either. Can you please suggest any other harmless medication?

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can increase the dose to 60 mg or 90 mg one hour before intercourse. You can also try tablet Serlift 50 mg once daily, or as needed one hour before intercourse.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
